      Has the potential to be great, if only staff were treated better by Senior Management.

      Cons

      High expectations of staff but no respect for them whatsoever. Fear culture. Staff not paid on time.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
