Pros
Great vision of the market. Career opportunities. Opportunity to exchange ideas with smart people in other firms which have been aquired. Product company. Will invest in re-engineering of products to see return in 5 years or more.
Cons
Poor communication to staff. Uncertainty about when and if bonuses will be paid. Lack of autonomy and empowerment causing severe decision making bottlenecks and ultimately very high levels of attrition (25 - 30% range). Little regard for work-life balance of employees.
