Good level of responsibility given for graduate role. Legal team is small which is good in terms of experience and learning
Cons
Limited progression for grads, tedious repetitive work, the company is chaotically run, extremely high turn over, does not value nor respect employees. Long hours, no time in lieu or overtime. The work sometimes difficult from an moral standpoint.
