      If you wanna get sacked for no reason (well only to save money for dear Andrea and his island) after spending 10+ years at a company, then this is the place for you. Constant fear if you are next in the to be fired list must feel great. Oh wait...

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
