      As soon as the company I worked for was acquired by Ion, it became a much different place. Most of the bad things I was hearing about ion in the market before the acquisition were all true

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
