      Very intelligent and helpful coworkers, constantly learning new technology, free LinkedIn learning accounts, decent benefits

      Cons

      Salary stagnant - for years. The most lean company I've ever worked for - lots of layoffs over the years

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
