I've been here a year and it's been great. I've had great people to work with. It's one of the better office jobs I've worked in.

If you don't like corporate office life, this isn't for you. That's not a con in of itself but it is a turn off for some people. There is a high learning curve for new people that can be difficult at first.

Micromanagement, says they offer a generous PTO policy, but you have to use it when there is weather situations as long as the office opens, but not everyone lives in area that is safe to make it to work in weather, we have the capability to work remote, you should let them.
