ABS capital brought in a whole new management team post Ken Bloom era who only fired the folks who really new the business, moved the deck chairs around, sold the company after minimal to zero growth. but any existing employee knows the truth. The CEO and COO hated each other, 3 Presidents who had no direct reports, and millions of $$ wasted on initiatives that went nowhere. That is your legacy John Fay.
