      Pros

      INTEGRIS Health has a stellar CEO and executive leadership team. Already the largest health system in the state but poised to grow even more in the future. Generous compensation structure, comprehensive benefits package that includes fully front-loaded PTO on day one, retirement plan with matching contributions, and a solid mission, vision, and culture.

      Cons

      Healthy things grow. Sometimes it can feel like INTEGRIS Health is growing too quickly and relies on outside vendors to help get projects moving along - sometimes to the detriment of existing teams that aren't yet staffed to handle increased workload.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

      Cons

      Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
