Pros
Great patient to staff ratio, competent pay rates, excellent management, reliable human resource department, willing to provide in house CEU's, quality physicians, clean well-maintained environment. I would gladly allow any of my family members to be treated at this hospital.
Cons
There will always be people that we don't necessarily care for, and since this is a very large employer, there are more opportunities to come across those individuals. Other than that, Integris Baptist was the best company I ever worked for.
