Great Company - Internship INTEC Group Employee Review

Intec has a very tight knit family oriented group of individuals. I partook in a bunch of out of office team building activities and I had a great time overall as an intern. They made my time worthwhile and taught me a lot when I worked there.

The only downside was my commute.

Honestly, the only upside was some of the coworkers who were in the same sinking boat. Misery loves company.

This company is a textbook example of how not to run a business. Leadership is completely disconnected and has no clear vision – it’s chaotic at best and shady at worst. Nepotism and favoritism run rampant, so forget about being recognized for your actual performance unless you’re part of the “in crowd.” You’re expected to do the work of three people for minimal pay and even less appreciation. Constructive feedback is ignored, and speaking up only makes you a target. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Your time, skills, and sanity are worth more than this.
