Every employee is given the opportunity to work onsite based purely on merit, apart from the regular perks we offer skills uplifting training programs that many employees here have taken advantage of and have grown immensely in their career with onsite opportunities abroad. Apart from the regular perks, we have recently introduced a referral bonus schemes for employees with high incentives which many employees have utilized. We do not tolerate anything short of a pleasant work-space for employees and I am surprised to hear your feedback on treatment.
