Pros
Very diverse set of bright students and colleagues. Good place to work.
Cons
Terrible retiement policies. The only school of this quality that forces faculty to retire just because of their age. No healthcare resources upon retirement. Forced to leave the country upon retirement. Had I been aware of this I never would have joined INSEAD.
