      Pros

      Great flexibility and work-life balance. Good organization for professionals who want to make a difference in student's lives.

      Cons

      The students you recruit, coach, mentor and train graduate from college making more money than you do. Very lean organization. High attrition. Only one position has a clear career path but good luck climbing the ladder. Recruiters fill the talent pool but Managers get all the bonuses for placements (of course there hasn't been budget for that in years). Great vision from leadership, BUT SERIOUSLY lacking in execution. Everything is a scramble...day late dollar short.

      They try to match you with opportunities that are very useful for people trying to their first experiences

      Cons

      - Mainly focused on helping unrepresented populations, so not the most helpful if you aren't one of these (ex. if you are asian] - Their process towards matching you didn't work for me at all, as I finished all of the steps and the system kept saying my tasks were incomplete - None of the recruiters ever really responded to my followup or requests
