Pros
The only pros here is the founder Bryan Mistele who is a good example to learn from - However you will never see/hear about him in UK office.
Cons
I have been working for Inrix UK Birmingham office for nearly two years and my observation is as follows: 1) Very poor management style - The first question in my interview is "What would you do if you can't come to work?" 2) Don't be mislead by the new job title "Data Journalist" where in fact you are a screen observer. This is a very basic job with no skills whatsoever, and all what you will be doing is just starring at screens watching whats happening. 3) You will get paid just very little above the minimum wage with no career progression, no pay rise and no robust training. Moreover, you will have to learn a lot (10 times what you need to learn at McDonalds) only to get minimum wage. 4) Managers cut Xmas food order to save money by assuming only handful number of staff will be working during this week. 5) Very dirty computers and chairs. 6) Employees are scared to talk in a similar environment like North Korea
