Pros
Some smart people trying to do their best in difficult circumstances.
Cons
Don’t join this company expecting any career advancement unless you happen to belong to the same church or share the same extreme religious views as the CEO. The CEO lets his religious views drive his hiring and business decisions, commenting at company events that his deity has guided him to a decision. The company likes to claim it is honest and ethical but it even lies to its employees and the press about the religious origin of the company name. The CEO claims that the name INRIX has no meaning (check early press releases) but it is derived from the letters INRI on the cross at the at the crucifixion and cross itself which is the X. If you want to progress at INRIX, make sure to buy the CEO’s books on prophecy and the End of Times from Amazon and study them before you interview.
