Head of some programs a deeply micromanaged which depletes the teams efforts into trying harder. Decides when you take your Flex Time that suits it’s schedule. Only main major events are a must if on weekends and if declining last minute ones well outcomes are great. No trust to dedicated staff and minimal awareness on upcoming plan’s. Heavy data focus which we all know it’s important. But it really doesn’t hold up to what the mission is geared to in some programs however favoritism is displayed and if you decide to seek employment there. “Not All Programs Are As Described”
