      Pros

      The work is remote so you can work from anywhere.

      Cons

      So much favoritism, unprofessional, no Black representation, EXTREMELY low pay, very messy, no coordination, horrible response times, too much work for what you’re paid for. The job is so clicky, it feels like you’re back in high school. Supervisor was super passive aggressive and didn’t know how to communicate.

      Had the best summer internship experience here. Managers are caring and easy to communicate with. Learned a lot from here

      - remote - great company culture - coworkers are young and fun to be around -very hands on job and you learn a lot. Great place to work for new grads or entry level employees trying to learn more about the industry

      Cons

      - poor work life balance - pay is low - no growth -team is super small so you’ll have a lot on your plate
