      -Majority of the people are kind - Great push for innovation - Not as 'corporate' as other banks e.g. their culture is quite relaxed in comparison

      Cons

      - Lack of internship wide network - Lack of responsibility/work given to an intern - Interns employed as contractors, so through 9 months still not entitled to sick/holiday pay
