Lack of Transparency and Privacy Concerns - Proofreader INFUSE Employee Review

I had to give admin rights of my personal computer to the company’s IT department, meaning they could remotely access it. This left almost no privacy, and even personal app or software installations were controlled by IT. When I requested to download a game, it was denied as “personal use,” which made me feel the company should provide a dedicated work computer instead of restricting my own. During the interview, I was told they were looking for someone long-term, so I declined another company's opportunity and joined. However, just two months later, I was let go due to “lack of projects” and downsizing. The experience felt unprofessional and disappointing.
