- High stress job for very little monetary reward. - Too many gimmicky promotions, probably to make up for the cheap pay. - Not enough anticipation of market trends on the part of company leadership, which resulted in the eventual losing of major clients which, in turn, led to a mass layoff after a mass hiring a few months before.
