Pros
I was hired as a summer intern and really am impressed with the company and the intern program they have set for students. Knowledgable, friendly, and overall great work environment. This is a wonderful place to have an internship as you will work and learn valuable skills and industry knowledge. Additionally, you feel as if you're contributing to the company and not just wasting their time/resources as they give you specific tasks and projects to work on that help are challenging enough to grow but not impossible that you want to quit because you're incompetent. Really impressed overall with NECAM.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that your colleagues are significantly older (if you're a student) but that can very easily be a good thing.
