Pros
Flexibility, work environment, good pay and benefits. Opportunity to work with Open Source and have an international carreer, something just a few places can offer in Brazil.
Cons
Nokia has been in decline for a while and the projects started to became less interesting in the past couple of years. Having to deal with the bureocracy and corporate mindset from the Manaus upper management is also a problem.
