1. I believe it would be great if leadership development programs would be considered to be done more often, so to support team leads and managers in managing and guiding their teams more effectively.
2. I do not own a car, but my colleagues do, and parking can be a challenge at times.
3. Instantly shifting between new platforms can sometimes disrupt some workflow. These changes often requires extra time for training employees, specially the new ones, and adapting to the new system altogether.
