Pros

Incopro have come a long way and it's great to be part of this fantastic team. There are so many pros to many to list in my view! *There is a generally a great sense of team and culture in the office I am in. I have interaction with other teams from other locations and I am always felt welcome by everyone as part of my role and daily interactions. * Great initiatives and benefits overall *Management really care about the well-being of the staff and are accessible. We have a call each with the CEO who updates us on company news. This is most welcomed especially during the pandemic. * My colleagues are amazing, it's very rare to find a team that you truly enjoy working with. *I am able to reach out to my Manager if I have any issues without hesitation. Again very rare to find. I have been going through a few personal issues recently and my Manager has been so supportive, as have HR who regularly check-in to see how I am doing even though they are really busy. We only have 2 people in HR I believe. I've never had that in previous roles and managers and HR have never been approachable or cared in those companies.

Cons

Not many apart from some negativity in other teams can affect our team from time-to-time. But I guess you get that everywhere right.

Pros

- Good work experience if you're just starting off - Understanding and caring managers and coworkers - Possible room for growth? Or so they tell you.

Cons

- Pay is far below average than what any other analyst makes in the U.S. - When confronted about the pay, the excuse was that the position is "entry-level" as if all the other analyst roles offered at entry-level don't pay better than they do. - Low job satisfaction coupled with low pay and large amounts of work to do
