Cons
Small company with BIG ideas that is unwilling to invest to make changes happen. Owner is quick to change direction based on gut more than concrete data which creates instability. Leadership team changes frequently (1-2 years) creating instability and low morale. Little direction, if any, due to owners micro-managing.
