If you are a junior, this is a good place to get little experience, nothing more than that.
Cons
The project is around 20 years in the making so far and nearly nothing got accomplished. The CEO knows nothing about the real world of game development and he is lying for years about a funding that never existed, failing to pay his employees, but even though, he is still hiring more people on the false promise of payment.
