decent pay, some coworkers are genuinely nice, some supervisors are decent. PTO, at least you have a job.

No work life balance, company does not invest in its employees at all. Benefits-the worst and very very costly. No raises, no FMLA, no 401k match - yeah none! Threats to employees every other month. Ignorant to diversity and a lot of favoritism.
Be happy that you have a job. Contract job, pay cuts, constant threats and the worst organization culture I have ever seen. Watch your paycheck money might be missing
