      Pros

      The company heavily promotes work/life balance. Very family friendly.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Does not pay accrued PTO time at voluntary separation. Agency is very reactive instead of proactive. Lack of transparency. Does not match 401K contributions. Benefits are very expensive.

      Clients in need of help. Hiring process is pretty fast.

      Cons

      Low pay. Demands not consistent with company standards and practices. Concerned with diagnostic not client health. Prescribed medications that patients do not really need.
