      Unlimited PTO, decent benefits, employee of the month bonus

      Cons

      Abrupt terminations are common, little positive feedback given, cliquey office culture, poor platform training and consistency, low salary for heavy workload and stressful work environment, unkind managers

      Pros

      -Unlimited PTO was GREAT -Remote Work

      Cons

      -no career progression -extremely cliquey groups, if they didn't like you they will stay forever not liking you -for a org working with political clients, they weren't shy about sharing their personal political views and opinions -little to almost no feedback, imo if you can stay down and do your work without the people affecting you, it might be the right fit for you
