This company is highly unprofessional and exploitative. They do not pay salaries on time—or at all in some cases, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, there is no earned leave policy, meaning employees are expected to work continuously without proper breaks. The work culture is toxic, with no respect for employee rights, zero transparency, and no proper communication from management. There is absolutely no job security, and basic employee welfare is ignored. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company unless you’re prepared to work in an environment with no stability, no support, and no respect. So stay away find other job. All the good review are forcefully ask employees to do that if they are not do that then don’t pay or ask to leave the company without notice.
