      You learn everything because you have too

      Cons

      Bad management, hr side to management, very fast to cut salary but really slow to give increment. Everyone needs to provide sales even technical. Didnt appreciate old staff but make new staff as management but dont have knowledge at all.

      Pros

      Need to be hardworking to get your sales comm & incentive. Increment depends on your commit revenue not based on your contribution of previous year. Previous year achievement only for incentive or bonus.

      Cons

      Cannot depend on leader to get leads. Have to find own to survive. Not much benefits for employee. Some leaders not competent.
