      Pros

      Discounted services, pleasant environment, work load easily accessible and manageable. Knowledgeable with the industry and capable and willing to educate all staff on the services and cutting edge technology out there.

      Cons

      Personality vs professionalism with some of the former instructors. Higher ups sometimes lack empathy and understanding of the demographic, personalities and financial status or time of year for recruiting more students.

      Pros

      The best things about working at IMAj are the people. Everyone is supportive and genuinely glad to work with each other. I really feel like the leaders of the company listen when you have an idea or issue to resolve. They respond in a way that shows that they really care, which helps everyone want to go the extra mile for them. The students are really fantastic and although I don't always find the time to get them, getting free treatments is the best perk I've ever had at any job! You never work weekends, and if you work on Friday it's a short day (9-3).

      Cons

      Not finding time to take advantage of the free treatments. Just kidding. The cons about working at IMAj is that because it is a small school, sometimes you need to be able to wear a lot of hats.
