      If you work hard, this will be noticed and rewarded. The company continues to grow at a steady rate, but we are still small enough that every employee is valued and made to feel like part of the IMARC "family".

      I do not have any cons. I have been fulfilled and have continued to grow within the company since I started here.

      Pros

      You got to travel and bank up some travel perks. You were challenged...... Company was recently aquired, possibly will turn the atmosphere around? Can't get any worse

      Cons

      I didn't listen to the reviews when they said the company was the most clicky they have ever experienced...... I should have. There is no way to get ahead there if you are not in the "in crowd." COVID almost shut them down and it was a very scary and horrible time with all the turnovers.
