Stressful, would not recommend - Customer Advocate IMAGINiT Technologies Employee Review

This team is overworked. We're asked to handle the responsibilities of every department around us and are constantly asked to do more to prove our value to the company. This organization would not make nearly as many sales without the customer advocacy team, yet we are paid significantly less than we should. The bonus plan is finicky because even if you meet all your metrics, you won't get the bonus unless the company meets theirs for the quarter. No annual raise is guaranteed, so you can expect to be given more tasks without receiving a pay increase.
