This is a place that really does want to be effective and enact change. There is a core of committed employees who really do want to bring, as the agency's tag line says, health, healing and well being to all. A lot of this comes from the place's background as a faith-based organization. The work environment is flexible.

The challenge is how to do accomplish the mission in an increasingly competitive environment. IMA is a place that has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years. This has lead to challenges of capacity and some confusion.
