      Pertenecer a una empresa grande, solvente y con recursos económicos. Buenas condiciones económicas.

      Cons

      Plantilla de estructura con sobrecarga de trabajo. Lucha constante con supervisoras para garantizar los derechos y condiciones de los trabajadores. Desconocimiento de la realizada y peculiaridades de las delegaciones pequeñas. Instalaciones obsoletas. Falta de personal (encargados de apoyo reales y no solamente sobre el papel porque lo puede el servicio de empleo)

      Pros

      They appear to insert disabled people back into society with quality jobs focusing on turning their disabilities into a source of innovation ,productivity but this is very far from the truth

      Cons

      The worst place to start a career if you are disabled and are not willing to be part of a close knit community with very few opportunities for delepopment and promotion all sustained by millions of subsidies from EU and Espanish Government to sustain and perpetuate a Major Con in our society.
