Very young consultancy staff creates a nice and easy environment. Also, there is great space to 'learn by doing' during the projects.

Lack of long term planning skills and strategic plan of the senior management, making some improvements iniciatives to be forgotten in the first sign of struggle.

Professional and Network Growth are exceptional. Salary at my position is great when compared to the market. Very competent co-workers.

Too many hours of work, a few weekends as well. Travels a lot. Top Managers should worry more about workers and their non-professional needs
