Pros
Very interesting work, departments work independent of each other meaning you can move from one to another relatively easily.
Cons
Junior staff is under extremely precarious conditions. During my time in the ILO I have heard of people enduring threats (dismissal threats and threats of giving bad references to my future managers so they would fire me), being bullied in the workplace (personal insults, attempts at breaking down my self-steem), indecent proposals (working for free, work on 50% contract even though the work is full time) and inmoral practices (fired during the christmas break to save on holiday pay) . Other juniors also speak about sexual harassment (towards women) mostly from senior staff. You can also see the library with fake consultants (aka external collaborators) who work from the ILO as a normal employee but without rights to save money.
