      Great and friendly atmoshpere, benefits with food all the time for a one off (low) cost per day. If you want to grow and improve within IKEA there are lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Extremely stressful and challenging for your body, especially during weekends. Salary is good compared to other restaurant jobs.

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
