      Pros

      They make sure you as a worker are happy. Tolerant toward parents with children and the hours you work. You even get Christmas presents!

      Cons

      I don't really think their is anything negative I can say about the company itself. Now the coworkers is a diffrent story. But that's something you get anywhere.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
