They do not always practice what they preach, they are more concerned with customers than they could ever be with employees. The returns department which I closely worked with dealt with lots of problems and bad policies, like being able to return a mattress within 30 days. Even if the mattress had blood or urine on it, I think that is a health violation....At the end of the day no matter what happens the customer is always right, you just have to sit back and take it.
