      Pros

      You become friends with all of the co-workers and you are able to work together to finish projects and tasks. You are well trained in your department. You will be given some responsibilities but the co-workers will always be there for guidance and opinion.

      Cons

      There will always be the customer that wants to blame something on you when you did nothing but try to help. It can get crazy around back to college time.
