Pros
Great discounts and line of credit for employees. Most of the staff is friendly towards each other, and there does seem to be a good amount of room to move up in the company. Also I liked the HR website it was helpful and great for tracking sick time, and personal time off.
Cons
A lot of the people working there are still fairly young and tend to gossip a lot. Sometimes the management seemed to be disorganized and unsure of how to fix problems. Very strict about hours and not going into overtime, which most retail companies do. Management also tended to play favorites with the employees whom they were friends with or were their significant other.
