Ikea Workplace - Warehouse Worker IKEA Employee Review

-Short staff -Overworked -Forced to act in certain ways, ( company propaganda type stuff such as mandatory trainings on what way to act in the best interests of the company etc etc) -Plenty of gossip -Managers walking around/ talking all day in big groups laughing while regular workers slave away -No appreciation or respect of privacy outside work with random phone calls asking to do extra hours and or shifts -No consulting with on the ground Co workers on big work changes -Be prepared to be treated like an incompetent child upon making mistakes regardless of age whether 25 or 45 HR/Responsible type managers come down hard -Work place politics -Taking advantage of students with horrific hours (10:30pm every Friday) and overall no common respect for peoples own lives outside work
