Pros

I worked at the counter, customer service and at the Kitchen department Advising customers on planning and buying kitchens. High pay after 7pm and in the weekends In general very valued by managers, Managers that did not, were terminated eventually Very varied job relative to the education level demanded. Sympathetic company culture. Teams of non arrogant colleagues. Especially selling kitchens is a rewarding job where you can use your creativity. Starting a non-academic management career is possible here. If you are good with people you can start as a student and if you want to become a manager you can climb the ladders very well in this company, after which you will go to another company that will pay you according to the responsibility you get.

Cons

Low pay when working during the day Skilled managers are promoted away leaving newbies as the average teammanagers big organisation =>upper staff will make decision once in a while that are not understood by sales people. long term sick colleagues did not result in vacancies ==> understaffed departments for 2 years High responsibility for managers while low pay Dresscode
