Pros
Great place to work overall. The warehouse is well organised, the work is straightforward, and the team is friendly and supportive. IKEA puts a strong focus on safety and training, and management is approachable. It’s a fast-paced role but well structured, and you feel looked after as an employee.
Cons
Very physically demanding, especially during busy periods. Became quite repetitive
