Cons
Upwards communication could be better. Inconsistent leadership attention to internal friction points occasionally impedes efficiency and staff well-being. This can create a feeling of strategic uncertainty. Although issues are acknowledged and you feel 'heard', subsequent tangible action and resolution are often lacking.
