-Product releases were a fiasco
-giving customers a fully functional product at launch wasn't a priority
-Features were adjusted days before launch
-Too many SKU's and not enough attention paid to making each of them the best in their category
-Not enough of a focus on customer service, and too small of a tech support department leaving customers irate and frustrated, especially because software plug-in users had to wait in the same line as people who were calling about an iRig they bought 4 years ago. No intelligent triage system for customer support
-Confusing branding: Everyone thinks the company is named "iRig"
