Hi, I regret that your time at Oxys must have been previous to our company "pivot" when we were still in a mostly exploratory phase, working on a promising solution but not having found our "sweet spot" yet. As of last quarter, we have a new leadership team which has refocused management on strategy, structure, and operations. This has helped improve our intern experience tremendously since now that we have a solid plan in place, our interns are chosen to work on specific projects that line up with their skills and interests while still meeting real world company goals.
